Privacy Policy

Privacy is an issue that we consider to be exceedingly important and work with several groups to ensure the privacy of the groups with whom we work including with the complexity of California law versus Federal law, which makes a complex space that often does not have simple answers.  Privacy is a very special aspect of our lives that the Homeland Security Program seeks to ensure and enhance in appropriate ways, especially with the enormous Social Media and Internet worlds of today.  Adjunct Faculty member James Alexy has spent several decades as a practicing lawyer and has taught numerous short courses on the details of Privacy and the Law as we seek to serve our students, community, and nation in this ever-changing challenge.
